On Oct 7, the Black & White installment of the New York Latin American Art Triennial organization 4x6 fundraising exhibit series will open on Governors Island here in NY. I have 3 pieces in the exhibit - images from San Francisco, Paris and my tattoo portrait series.
This installment of the fundraising exhibit series will feature “select monochrome photography, and artworks containing tonal scales of gray… This exhibition also intends to recall the aesthetic-artistic trends that arose from the 50s and 60s, in which color has a primary function in conveying or reinforcing messages and meanings, aimed at arousing emotional reactions on the part of the observer.”
NYLAAT-PTM Contemporary’s Project Space located at 405-B Colonels Row, Governors Island
Opening Reception: October 7th from 2-5 PM
The exhibit runs from October 7 the 31st
